You must be at least 18 to place an order. By doing so you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.
Products
Every product we sell is handloom. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, weave, and finish are part of the craft, not defects. Photos are taken to be as accurate as possible, but screen colour reproduction varies — what you see on screen may differ slightly from the actual saree.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Stock is limited; we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a product is unavailable, was mispriced, or appears suspicious. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund the full amount within 7 business days.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment is received and we issue the order confirmation. We may require additional verification for high-value orders.
Payment
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and other methods Razorpay supports. We never receive or store your card or banking details.
Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Risk passes to you once the courier delivers to the address you provided.
Returns and refunds
See our Returns & Exchanges policy. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Intellectual property
Photographs, copy, logo, and design on sarasilooms.com are the property of Sarasi Looms and Crafts Private Limited or our licensors. You may not reproduce, scrape, or use them commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
- Disrupt the site or attempt to access systems you're not authorised to access
- Resell or commercially redistribute purchased items as “Sarasi” products without permission
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
