Charges
- Orders ₹3,000 and above — free shipping anywhere in India
- Orders below ₹3,000 — flat ₹99 across India
How long it takes
- Order processing: 1-2 business days from payment confirmation
- Metro cities (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai, Kolkata): 3-5 business days from dispatch
- Tier-2 cities and beyond: 5-7 business days from dispatch
- Remote pincodes: 7-10 business days from dispatch
Festival weeks and weather events can delay courier networks. We'll keep you informed if your shipment is affected.
Tracking
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number. You can also view shipment status from My Orders in your account.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We can amend an address only before dispatch — once the courier has the package, the address is locked.
Failed deliveries
Our courier partners typically attempt 2-3 deliveries. If all attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, we'll contact you to either refund the order (minus shipping costs) or re-ship to a corrected address with a re-shipping fee equal to actual courier charges.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is currently not available. All orders are pre-paid via Razorpay.
